格隆匯11月8日丨DCB控股(08040.HK)公吿,截至2021年9月30日止6個月,公司收益約1.03億港元,同比減少約19.8%;於期內錄得虧損約320萬港元,而上期錄得溢利約180萬港元;每股虧損約為1.01港仙。
期間,裝修工程的收益約為5380萬港元,較上期減少約40.8%。此減幅乃主要由於位於深水灣、東半山及渣甸山的若干大型項目絕大部分於上個財政年度進行,因此該等大型項目貢獻的收益總額由上期約5980萬港元減少至期內約2720萬港元。
