摩通:世茂(0813.HK)回購股份及債券助穩定股價 重申增持評級
摩通發研報指,上週有報道指世茂集團(0813.HK)旗下一間附屬公司現正與陸家嘴國際信託就延長借款的還款期進行商討,當中其股價下跌13%,其後集團召開投資者會議,並表示該傳聞不屬實,同時將全年銷售目標下降12%至2900億元人民幣。該行認為,這自從第二季的疲弱銷售表現後已經不令人震驚,亦不是世茂自己的問題,相信更多發展商將會在下月下調全年銷售目標。該行指,隨着世茂回購股份及債券,相信近期股價穩定下來,維持其“增持”評級,目標價22港元。
