EDG奪冠，其背後老闆投資的中手遊(0302.HK)早盤一度大漲9.72%
11月7日凌晨，英雄聯盟S11總決賽正式開打，比賽最終階段EDG戰隊以3-2戰績擊敗對手DK，榮獲2021年英雄聯盟全球總決賽冠軍。該事件不僅獲得央視報道，更博得輿論高度關注。而據公開資料顯示，EDG戰隊幕後老闆為EDG電子競技俱樂部創始人、超競集團董事長朱一航。成立於2016年的超競集團主要做電競產業運營、產業教育、主題產業園、新文創等板塊業務。
值得注意的是資本市場方面，8日，由朱一航投資的港股主板上市遊戲公司中手遊(0302.HK)早盤一度大漲9.72%，報3.5港元。截至發稿現報3.39港元，漲6.27%，成交1652萬股。根據中手遊過往公吿顯示，4月29日，公司與認購人嗶哩嗶哩，朱一航旗下Wide Fortune，以及盛天網絡旗下Century Network訂立協議，認購人有條件同意認購中手遊配發及發行的2.579億股，認購價3.3港元/股，應付代價為8.51億港元。其中Wide Fortune認購中手遊5640萬股，持股比例為2.04%，出資約1.9億港元。外界評價此次認購有望促使雙方各取所長，依託遊戲產業共同發展彼此關聯業務。
消息面上，中手遊2021半年度財報中曾披露其營收淨利穩步增長，IP遊戲生態戰略進一步深化，中手游上半年實現營業總收入21.80億元，同比增長27.2%；歸母淨利潤為3.94億元，同比增長36.8%。得益於IP遊戲生態戰略成效顯現，公司的自研業務及海外業務取得優異成績，中手遊自主研發業務收入5.67億元，同比增長156.8%；海外地區業務收入2.197億元，同比增長6250.4%。
近期，中手遊以6.4億港元完成對北京軟星和《仙劍奇俠傳》IP大陸地區權益的完整收購，官宣“仙劍元宇宙”及自主研發中的開放世界RPG遊戲《仙劍奇俠傳：世界》。另一款自研PC單機遊戲大作《仙劍奇俠傳七》已於10月15日上市，並分別登陸方塊遊戲、Steam、Wegame及各大雲遊戲平台等，取得極高熱度與亮眼成績。《斗羅大陸-鬥神再臨》10月上線港澳台與東南亞(除越南)Google Play、App Store雙平台，並取得泰國蘋果商店免費榜第一、暢銷榜第三，老撾暢銷榜第一等成績。多方消息顯示公司自研及出海業務方面的發展順利。
