金牛化工(600722.SH):非公開發行股票並增資河北冀中新材料獲得冀中能源集團批覆
格隆匯11月5日丨金牛化工(600722.SH)公佈,公司於近日收到控股股東冀中能源股份有限公司的通知,冀中能源集團有限責任公司向其下發了《關於河北金牛化工股份有限公司非公開發行股票並增資冀中新材料公司的批覆》(冀中能源財字[2021]68號),同意公司非公開發行不超過13000萬股股票,募集資金不超過8.89億元,扣除發行費用後全部用於增資控股河北冀中新材料有限公司51%股權,募集資金與增資資金差額由公司自籌解決。
