《歐洲經濟》德國10月建築業PMI續改善至47.7
IHS Markit數據顯示,德國今年10月建築採購經理人指數(PMI)連續第二個月改善,由9月47.1,續升至47.7,但已連續20個月呈收縮。期內,土木工程收縮率再度加劇至八個月來最嚴重;住宅建築仍以溫和速度下降;但商業建築去年2月以來首呈溫和擴張。
10月建築商新訂單連降20個月,且降速再度加劇;就業連續兩個月小幅上升;採購活動連降五個月後,10月大致趨穩;供貨延時進一步改善至八個月來最不明顯。投入成本通脹再度急升至1999年有紀錄以來最高;分包商收取費率增速也接近紀錄高。然而,建築商對來年活動前景悲觀情緒按月有所改善。
