香港電訊(06823.HK)宣布,因應政府最近公布的防疫措施,推出一站式服務以協助長者使用安心出行應用程式,當中包括智能手機教室及24小時服務熱線,以及實惠的智能手機及流動通訊服務計劃。 公司表示,旗下香港電訊及csl.專門店現已設有專人幫助長者安裝安心出行手機應用程式及學習掃描程序,更有專人教授長者使用智能手機、設定個人化介面及安裝日常通訊及娛樂程式。 為配合長者對智能手機的需求,csl.由11月9日起提供一系列Smart爸媽手機優惠及服務計劃;csl.另設有關愛老人服務計劃,為有經濟困難及其他合資格長者而設,月費低至38元。 同時,香港電訊現正積極探討捐贈智能手機予社福機構的方案,讓社福機構可轉贈智能手機予有需要人士。
