信義玻璃(00868.HK)獲主席及其他主要股東增持共504.2萬股
信義玻璃(00868.HK)公布,主席兼執行董事李賢義、副主席兼執行董事董清波、非執行董事李清涼及主要股東李聖典,於今年11月3日增持集團合共504.2萬股股份。
其中,李賢義增持200萬股、董清波增持104.2萬股、李清涼及李聖典各增持100萬股;每股平均買入價分別19.7958元、20.4259元、20.7816元及19.9987元。
增持後,李賢義、董清波、李清涼及李聖典持股比例分別增至23.23%、9.01%、3.36%及8.31%。
