莊園牧場(01533.HK)：西安東方乳業收到行政處罰吿知書
格隆匯11月4日丨莊園牧場(01533.HK)公吿，蘭州莊園牧場股份有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)下屬全資子公司西安東方乳業有限公司(以下簡稱：西安東方乳業)近日收到西安市市場監督管理局於2021年10月18日出具的《行政處罰吿知書》(西市監罰吿〔2021〕0289號)。現將具體內容公吿如下：
陝西省產品質量監督檢驗研究院對西安東方乳業生產的“草莓味牛奶飲品”(生產日期：2021年7月21日，保質期45天，規格：200m1/袋)進行監督抽檢，檢驗結論為：蛋白質項目不符合GBT21732-2008要求，檢驗結論為不合格。
經查明，陝西省產品質量監督檢驗研究院對西安東方乳業生產的“草莓味牛奶飲品”(生產日期：2021年7月21日，保質期45天，規格：200m1/袋)進行監督抽檢，檢驗結論為：蛋白質項目不符合GBT21732-2008要求，檢驗結論為不合格。
西安東方乳業於2021年7月21日生產了“草莓味牛奶飲品”3840袋(生產日期：2021年7月21日，保質期45天，規格：200m1/袋)，銷售價格是0.9375元/袋，全部銷售完畢，貨值金額3600元。西安東方乳業8月23日接到《檢驗報吿》後立即制定召回計劃對涉案批次食品進行了公吿召回(截止9月12日收回48袋)，同時進行了內部整改。
《中華人民共和國國家標準》GB/T21732-2008(含乳飲料)是指“以乳或乳製品為原料，加入水及適量輔料經配製或發酵而成的飲料製品。”GB/T21732-2008(含乳飲料)要求蛋白質含量≥1.0%，西安東方乳業生產的“草莓味牛奶飲品”(生產日期:2021年7月21日，保質期45天，規格:200ml/袋)經檢測蛋白質含量是0.93%，未達到GB/T21732-2008(含乳飲料)規定的≥1.0%的要求。該不合格項目不是食品安全衞生項目指標，為產品理化指標項目，該指標未達到國家標準規定不會對人體的健康產生不利影響。
西安東方乳業將在收到處罰執行通知時及時、足額交付罰款。本次處罰對公司的生產經營、財務狀況和經營成果不會產生重大影響。公司後續將加強對下屬子公司的管理，在今後的生產經營中公司及下屬子公司將嚴格按照相關法律法規的要求加強生產關鍵控制點管理、嚴格執行產品檢驗程序、提高員工質量防範意識，杜絕類似問題的再次發生。
