中國中鐵(00390.HK)公佈石景山隧道“7.15”透水事故進展
格隆匯11月4日丨中國中鐵(00390.HK)公吿，2021年7月15日凌晨3:30左右，公司全資子公司中鐵二局集團有限公司(以下簡稱“中鐵二局”)承建的珠海市興業快線(南段)項目石景山隧道發生透水事故。
事故發生後，公司積極配合相關調查工作。近日，廣東省應急管理廳官網發佈了《珠海市興業快線(南段)一標段工程石景山隧道“7·15”重大透水事故調查報吿》(以下簡稱《調查報吿》)，現將相關情況公吿如下：
《調查報吿》建議移送司法機關依法追究刑事責任有12人，其中涉及中鐵二局三公司5人，具體為：中鐵二局三公司黨委委員、副總經理梁傑，中鐵二局三公司項目部經理劉廣，中鐵二局三公司項目部副經理楊進成，中鐵二局三公司項目部總工程師鍾奎，中鐵二局三公司項目部安全總監陳小龍。截至目前，中鐵二局已按照《調查報吿》的處理建議對中鐵二局三公司法定代表人、董事長、黨委書記鄒傑，中鐵二局三公司副總經理(主持行政工作)李偉，中鐵二局三公司黨委委員、總工程師範正業給予了行政撤職處分。
此外，《調查報吿》建議相關部門對中鐵二局三公司及中鐵二局進行相關處罰，公司將督促中鐵二局及中鐵二局三公司做好整改工作。
珠海市興業快線(南段)一標段項目南起九洲大道--建業一路交叉口，北至板樟山北側，左線全長2445.9米，右線全長2434.4米。其中，石景山隧道段1.78公里。開工時間為2019年4月30日，總工期1080天，項目總合同額為6.67億元。調查組核定事故直接經濟損失為3678.677萬元。本次事故造成的損失不會對公司生產經營及業績產生重大影響，對公司當期損益也無較大影響。
公司將認真吸取本次事故教訓，舉一反三，落實好企業主體責任，加強現場安全管理，抓好安全培訓和警示教育，不斷強化全員安全生產意識。同時，認真查找自身管理存在的漏洞和不足，補齊短板，紮實抓好整改措施落實，要求各級子公司高度重視和強化隧道及地下工程施工安全風險防控，杜絕此類生產安全事故發生。
