格隆匯11月4日丨長江證券(000783.SZ)公佈,截至2020年12月31日,公司經審計的淨資產為292.53億元,借款餘額為672.21億元。截至2021年10月31日,公司借款餘額為794.2億元,累計新增借款金額121.99億元,累計新增借款占上年末淨資產比例為41.7%,超過40%。
截至2021年10月31日,公司銀行貸款餘額較2020年末未發生變化。
截至2021年10月31日,公司債券餘額較2020年末增加87.98億元,變動數額占上年末淨資產比例為30.07%,主要系公司新增公司債券及次級債券發行。
截至2021年10月31日,公司其他借款餘額較2020年末增加34.01億元,變動數額占上年末淨資產比例為11.63%。
