港股午評：恆指漲0.27%，風電板塊強勢，內房股走弱
格隆匯11月4日丨港股上午盤三大指數上漲，臨近午盤曾短線下挫，恆指一度轉跌，午間收漲0.27%報25092點，國指漲0.54%報8904點，恆生科技指數漲1%報6336點。南下資金半日淨流入18.46億港元，大市半日成交額為653億港元。
盤面上，大型科技股普漲，百度、美團、阿里巴巴漲超2%，京東、騰訊、快手漲超1%；海上風電裝機總量將超過英國，風電股集體大漲，龍頭金風科技漲11.6%；消息稱香港與內地通關商討進入最後操作階段，香港零售股權限拉昇，汽車股、蘋果概念股、手遊股、軍工股多數上漲。 另一方面，恆大概念股繼續下挫，餐飲股、濠賭股、大金融股走低，昨日大漲的內房股、煤炭股皆回調，佳兆業集團大跌近12%。
風電板塊大漲。消息面上，全球風能理事會預測，今年內，中國海上風電裝機總量很可能將超過英國，成為全球海上風電裝機容量最大的國家。 另外，發改委、國家能源局發佈關於開展全國煤電機組改造升級的通知，強調節煤降耗改造，“十四五”期間改造規模不低於3.5億千瓦。
香港零售股集體上漲。消息稱香港與內地通關商討進入最後操作階段，兩地就通關的對接以“恆常化通關”為長遠目標，但會先從配額制試行，目前亦正商討一套“熔斷機制”。
比亞迪股份漲6.49%，10月新能源汽車銷量同比增長249%。昨日晚公佈，10月新能源汽車銷量81040輛，上年同期銷量23217輛，同比增長249%；本年累計銷量41.86萬輛，同比增長212.03%。10月合計汽車銷量89935輛，上年同期銷量47732輛；本年累計銷量54.27萬輛，同比增長71.35%。10月新能源汽車動力電池及儲能電池裝機總量約為4.557GWh，本年累計裝機總量約為27.99GWh。
利好疊加，通達集團(0698.HK)大漲近10%。集團已就分拆公司A股於深圳證券交易所主板獨立上市一事提交申請，並於11月1日接獲中國證券監督管理委員會發出的接納上市申請的通知。分拆上市有利於擴寬融資渠道，獲得合理估值，完善激勵機制。此外，公司日前公佈，前9個月營業額同比上升10.1%至73.41億港元。
東嶽集團(0189.HK)漲7.3%，機構看好行業高景氣度。據悉，在PVDF方面，東嶽神州粉料及粒料報價調高2萬/噸至35萬/噸，鋰電級報價調高6萬/噸至47.5萬/噸（9月初為30萬/噸）。 國盛證券表示，繼續看好氟化工材料：PVDF下游鋰電+光伏的需求佔比超過60%，而成本比例只佔下游約2%，因此導致了142b和PVDF價格的高彈性。建議關注東嶽集團等企業。此外，技術壁壘及指標審批約束未來PVDF新增供給，未來2年以上繼續高景氣PVDF生產難度高，國內供應商數量較少。
