大和發表報告,將中聯重科(01157.HK)2021年至2023年的每股盈利預測下調35%至44%,收入預測下調16%至23%,以反映房地產行業的需求疲軟以及與中聯重科業務的高度關聯性。目標價相應由14.2元大幅下調至6.2元,評級由「買入」下調至「跑贏大市」。
大和指,管理層將第三季收入增長的放緩主要歸因於房地產行業的降溫,原因包括原材料成本高,認爲目前的情況是「需求處於底部」和「原材料價格處於高峯」。該行預計這種情況在未來兩個季度不會改善。
