思博系統(08319.HK)預期中期淨利同比減少約50%
思博系統(08319.HK)公吿,與截至2020年9月30日止6個月相比,估計集團於截至2021年9月30日止6個月純利將錄得約50%跌幅。溢利減少主要由於以下原因︰
(i)集團於2022年財政年度中期就非常重大收購事項錄得專業費用約310萬港元;(ii)於2022年財政年度中期概無錄得政府補貼,而2021年財政年度中期獲得及錄得政府補貼約230萬港元。
倘撇除以上一次性項目,2022年財政年度中期純利實際上較2021年財政年度中期錄得單位數百分比增長。
