*ST艾格(002619.SZ):巨龍控股所持2325.062萬股被司法凍結
格隆匯11月2日丨*ST艾格(002619.SZ)公佈,公司於近日通過中登深圳分公司系統查詢獲悉,公司持股5%以上股東及其一致行動人之一巨龍控股所持有的公司股份被司法凍結。凍結股數2325.062萬股,佔其所持股份的100.00%,佔公司總股本的1.26%;凍結執行人為浙江省金華市婺城區人民法院。
此次相關股權凍結事項系因此前巨龍控股資產剝離事項尚欠付部分交易價款而被上市公司起訴並申請採取財產保全措施所致,目前該案件尚未出仲裁結果。
