優博訊(300531.SZ)：與深開鴻簽署合作框架協議
格隆匯11月2日丨優博訊(300531.SZ)公佈，為推動數字化與智慧化的移動開放生態建設，公司於2021年11月2日與深圳開鴻數字產業發展有限公司(“深開鴻”)簽署了《合作框架協議》。雙方將積極推進整合自身資源，在Open Harmony(“開源鴻蒙”)能力構建、服務構建等方面就技術互補、商業共贏等方向進行深入討論和合作。
該協議為框架協議，有效期為三年，不涉及具體金額，是雙方今後簽訂相關合作協議的基礎文件。
雙方將在物聯網和金融領域基於行業級物聯網智能終端包括：智能數據終端(PDA)、智能支付終端(POS設備)、專用打印機和智能自動化裝備等產品展開持續深度合作，共同為雙方的合作伙伴落地項目。在OpenHarmony 能力構建、服務構建、推廣、運營、營銷等方面就技術互補、商業共贏等方向進行深入討論和合作。合作具體內容為：
1、雙方在物聯網領域，基於OpenHarmony能力，共同打造的開源技術平台，乙方將OpenHarmony系統應用於行業級物聯網智能終端項目，並在 AIDC(自動識別與數據採集)、IoT(物聯網)、金融支付等場景與甲方展開深度合作，打造具有OpenHarmony 操作系統協同體驗的行業級物聯網智能終端；
2、雙方積極拓寬基於市場需求的OpenHarmony生態服務範圍，服務更多客户，共同打造行業示範性標杆；
3、推動行業級物聯網智能終端內核升級，立體化實現“AloT+金融+數字化智能化轉型”的生態體系建設。
該協議的簽署及履行符合公司的戰略發展需要，有助於公司與深開鴻實現優勢互補、互惠互利、共同發展。深開鴻以OpenHarmony 為技術底座，專注於泛智能終端操作系統技術和產品，致力於推動消費物聯、產業物聯。公司是物聯網行業數字化解決方案提供商，為行業客户提供物聯網智能終端產品及相關的軟件和雲服務平台。雙方將依託各自在硬件、軟件、信息技術服務及生態系統解決方案的科技創新優勢和市場領先地位，推動OpenHarmony 在物聯網和金融領域的移動智能開放生態業務發展，攜手構建數字中國國產自主可控的操作系統底座。
