昇華蘭德(08106.HK)發盈警,預期截至2021年9月30日止九個月來自持續經營業務及已終止經營業務的虧損淨額將達到約1,348.5萬元人民幣(下同),較2020年同期擴大約90.2%。
公司解釋,主要由於電商供應鏈服務業務客戶集中度較高,主要客戶的業務調整令業務量持續下降;以及在佈局社交電商領域培育社羣營銷服務,投入大量成本進行前期部署,尚未於期內產生收益。
