優博訊(300531.SZ):聯合方競以1.46億元競得南山區科技園北區T401-0112地塊土地使用權
格隆匯11月1日丨優博訊(300531.SZ)公佈,此前披露,公司使用自有資金與其他4家企業組成聯合體共同參與位於南山區科技園北區T401-0112地塊國有建設用地使用權的掛牌出讓競買並在該地塊上共同合作建設開發。
聯合競拍方按照法定程序於2021年10月29日通過深圳市土地房產交易中心公開掛牌交易,以人民幣1.46億元競得目標地塊的土地使用權,並於當日簽署了《成交確認書》,公司所佔土地使用權份額為22.2352253%。
