迪臣發展國際(00262.HK)建議“2供1”供股 籌資約4990萬港元
格隆匯11月1日丨迪臣發展國際(00262.HK)公吿,公司建議“2供1”進行供股,以供股方式按每股0.1港元認購價發行最多4.99億股供股股份,以籌集最多約4990萬港元。供股所得款項淨額(經扣除估計開支後)估計為不多於約4800萬港元,公司擬將所得款項淨額用於以下用途:(i)約2800萬港元將用於償還集團的無抵押貸款;及(ii)約2000萬港元將用作一般營運資金。倘供股認購不足,供股所得款項淨額將按比例用於以上用途。
