電光科技(002730.SZ)：擬以7700萬元增資入股新四達
格隆匯11月1日丨電光科技(002730.SZ)公佈，2021年10月31日，公司與河北新四達電機股份有限公司(“新四達”)及其股東李旭東在上海市閔行區簽署了《河北新四達電機股份有限公司增資框架協議》，公司擬以7700萬元增資入股新四達，增資完成後，公司將持有新四達55%的股權。
新四達是一家集設計研發、生產、銷售、服務為一體的現代化專業電機制造商，多年來專注於為工業用户市場提供重型特種電機及控制系統成套解決方案。公司是國家工信部服務型製造示範企業，河北省科技型中小企業。在低速大扭矩永磁直驅電機(高低壓及防爆)及大中型高壓高效電機產品設計研發、生產製造、節能技術再造的專業化生產中具有較強的競爭實力，大中型高壓電機研發、生產位於河北省前列。產品主要面向工業用户機械設備配套，客户遍佈全國眾多工業領域。近年來，通過科研投入、技術創新、與科研院校合作，研發製造的新型低速、大扭矩永磁直驅(防爆)同步變頻電機，率先在煤礦、水泥、電力、礦山、港口等行業投入使用，先後經河北省電力需求側管理指導中心檢測，產品節能效果顯著。2016 年通過河北省工信廳新產品、新技術鑑定，達到國際領先水平，並獲得第四屆河北省創新創業大賽一等獎，2017 年被河北省工信廳列為重點節能推廣技術產品。
此次交易符合公司的發展戰略及業務發展需求，能夠有效豐富公司的產品線，拓展公司在永磁電機及永磁滾筒、變頻器等產品的研發、生產、銷售業務，將進一步提高公司在煤礦以及非煤領域產品技術水平和提升市場競爭力。新四達公司是在國內較早從事永磁電機以及永磁滾筒研發運用的企業，多年以來在煤炭、水泥等行業產品得到較大的市場認可。新四達目前的主要產品與公司現有產品具有良好的互補性。未來隨着碳中和碳排放的推進，會加快新四達企業永磁電機和永磁滾筒等節能降耗產品的推廣運用。此次增資完成後，新四達公司將得到更快的發展。
