萬勵達(08482.HK)於中國成立附屬及開展食品分銷業務
萬勵達(08482.HK)公布,經過前期調研、分析及其他準備工作,深圳萬勵達科技有限公司(SWLT)於今年3月16日在中國正式成立。
SWLT為公司的間接全資附屬,擬主要從事食品分銷業務包括但不限於在中國分銷包裝鮮燉燕窩。於公告日期(1日),SWLT並未開始其業務營運及概無訂立任何具約束力的協議。
公司指,SWLT的成立是建立多元化收入來源的戰略部署,將為集團整體業務作出積極貢獻。集團將從信譽良好的各間供應商採購預先包裝的食品,並通過包括京東在內的中國線上及線下平台先行分銷鮮燉燕窩。
