亞洲金融(00662.HK)預計前三季度純利約5.01億港元
格隆匯11月1日丨亞洲金融(00662.HK)發佈公吿,公司預計2021年9月30日止九個月錄得股東應占淨溢利約為港幣5.01億元,相對於截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得約為港幣3.38億元經審核的股東應占淨溢利,預期集團於截至2021年12月31日止年度將錄得不少於48%的股東應占淨溢利增長。
所涉期間淨溢利增長的主因是由於環球股票市場上調,令集團投資證券組合錄得變現及未變現溢利增長,以及集團於非上市其他全面收益以反映公平價值的股本投資所收取的股息增加。
所涉期間的投資淨收益(已變現及未變現)約為港幣7390萬元(而截至2020年12月31日止年度則錄得投資淨收益約港幣3480萬元)。所涉期間於非上市股本投資所收取的股息約為港幣2.38億元(而截至2020年12月31日止年度於非上市股本投資所收取的股息約為港幣1.09億元)。
