中國汽車新零售(00526.HK)被入稟申請清盤呈請
中國汽車新零售(00526.HK)公布,收到LIU Yanwei向高等法院所提交針對公司之呈請,要求法院頒令將公司清盤。
呈請人在呈請中聲稱,公司未有向呈請人支付550萬元之款項,其為根據公司向呈請人發行之債券所涉及之尚未償還款項。
法院目前尚未授出清盤令以將公司清盤。公司亦強調,呈請目前而言對公司之業務運作並無產生任何重大不利影響。
公司現正就有關事宜考慮不同方案並尋求法律意見。鑑於所涉及之金額,公司認為,其應該有足夠財政資源去償還呈請人。
