格隆匯10月29日丨粵海投資(00270.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年9月30日止9個月,公司收入221.5億港元,同比增長37.7%;公司擁有人應占溢利47.3億港元,同比增長21.7%。
收入的增長主要來自本期間有較佳表現的水資源業務、物業投資及發展業務及道路及橋樑業務。
期間的未經審核綜合税前利潤增加22.3%至80.93億港元(2020年:66.20億港元),增加主要來自本期間有較佳表現的水資源業務及物業投資及發展業務。投資物業公允值調整產生的淨收益為6.49億港元(2020年:淨虧損9,800萬港元),導致本期間税前利潤增加7.47億港元。集團本期間的淨匯兑虧損為3,000萬港元(2020年:600萬港元)。集團本期間的淨財務費用為1.75億港元(2020年:淨利息收入9,200萬港元)。
