港股異動丨建業地產(0832.HK)高開逾5% 調撥人民幣30億元資金用以償還11月到期美元債
格隆匯10月29日丨建業地產(0832.HK)高開逾5%,報1.21港元,總市值36億港元。建業地產今早發佈有關2021年11月到期票息6.75%優先票據之人民幣30億元資金調撥的公吿。公吿稱,於公吿日期,建業地產已將其中華人民共和國在岸銀行賬户內總額人民幣30億元之資金匯出至其離岸銀行賬户。建業地產擬根據2021年11月票據的條款及條件將該筆匯款資金用作償付2021年11月票據的到期未償還本金及應計利息。
