格隆匯10月28日丨寧波銀行(002142.SZ)披露2021年第三季度報吿。報吿期內，公司在董事會的領導下，持續加強黨的領導，堅守主業，迴歸本源，堅持在服務實體經濟的過程中積累差異化的比較優勢，持續構築發展護城河，市場競爭能力進一步增強。
(一)經營品質繼續彰顯。
公司踐行“專注主業，迴歸本源，服務實體”的理念，在持之以恆推進差異化經營策略的基礎上，穩步提升專業經營能力，實施全面風險管理，推動公司“規模、效益、質量”協同發展，經營品質持續提升。截至2021年9月末，公司資產總額19,076.76億元，比年初增長17.27%；各項存款10,479.80億元，比年初增長13.27%；各項貸款8,364.11億元，比年初增長21.62%。2021年1-9月，公司實現歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤143.07億元，同比增長26.94%；實現營業收入388.78億元，同比增長28.48%；不良貸款率0.78%，撥貸比4.03%，撥備覆蓋率515.30%。
(二)發展動能持續積聚。
公司各利潤中心在支持實體經濟、服務客户需求的過程中緊扣客户經營的主邏輯，積極實踐更輕、更快、更準、更有效的商業模式，使得核心客户經營與商業模式優化相輔相成。報吿期內，公司繼續推動財資、國金、零售公司和財富管理四大業務護城河構築，比較優勢持續積累，使得盈利增長動能進一步增強，收入結構持續優化。2021年1-9月，公司實現利息淨收入244.72億元，同比增長17.82%；實現非利息收入144.06億元，同比增長51.79%；非利息收入在營業收入中佔比37.05%，同比提升5.69個百分點。
(三)轉型效率穩步提升。
公司藉助金融科技賦能，推動戰略轉型與管理升級協同，不斷提升資本管理、資產負債管理、風險管理、數字化經營能力，推動經營效率提升，資本充足與資本效率、淨息差等指標持續保持在行業較好水平。截至2021年9月末，公司資本充足率14.92%，一級資本充足率10.58%，核心一級資本充足率9.39%；年化加權平均淨資產收益率17.22%，年化總資產收益率1.08%。2021年1-9月，公司淨息差2.29%，淨利差2.55%。
