新奧能源(02688.HK)前三季天然氣零售銷售量180.30億立方米 同比增長19.9%
格隆匯10月28日丨新奧能源(02688.HK)公吿，集團、合營企業及聯營公司截至2021年9月30日止9個月，期內，集團天然氣零售銷售量錄得180.30億立方米，同比增長19.9%。9月份受到限電政策於多個省份實施所影響，工業用氣有所放緩。然而，中央政府已指示必須確保即將到來的冬季有穩定的電力供應，相關政府部門及電網企業正在採取積極措施鼓勵更多電力輸出及保障供應，預計限電對工業生產的影響將逐步緩解。
期內，集團工商業用户氣量增長保持強勁，銷售量錄得23.3%增長至143.56億立方米，佔零售氣量的80%。民生用氣銷售量增長13.9%至30.76億立方米。而受到電動車競爭及液化天然氣加註成優勢下降所影響，截至2021年9月30日的汽車加氣站天然氣銷售量同比減少12.6%至5.98億立方米。
期內，燃氣批發業務錄得輕微增長1.1%至58.02億立方米。燃氣批發及天然氣零售合計總天然氣銷售量為238.32億立方米，同比增長14.7%。
2021年第三季度，全球液化天然氣供應仍然緊張，現貨價格更攀升至多年高位。本集團今年首九個月的液化天然氣進口以長約為主，並審慎採購液化天然氣現貨。除了三大油的管道氣源採購外，本集團亦積極籌措非常規氣源及提前鎖定陸上液化天然氣生產廠資源，保障供應充足及穩定。
期內，本集團新開發工商業及家庭用户工程安裝保持穩定增長。新開發工商業用户已裝置日開口氣量為1,660萬立方米，同比大幅增長46.0%，其中新建廠房、煤改氣及其他燃料轉換用户佔比分別為64%、27%和9%。本集團完成188萬個新開發家庭用户的工程安裝，同比增長16.8%，當中新房、老房和"農村煤改氣"用户分別佔新開發家庭用户的72%、9%和19%。本集團相信可如期實現全年新用户開發目標。
截至2021年9月30日，集團累計投運泛能項目139個，累計綜合能源銷售量增加61.2%至140.62億千瓦時。在建綜合能源項目達40個，當在建及已投運項目全部投產後，總能源銷售規模將超過350億千瓦時。2021年9月，國家發改委發佈《完善能源消費強度和總量雙控制度方案》，重申中央政府在"十四五"期間提高能效及減少排放的決心。能耗強度和能耗總量降低目標下放至各地區，而國家發改委將定期對各地方政府進行考核。
集團綜合能源業務與政府目標高度一致。集團以因地制宜的方式綜合利用天然氣和可再生能源，通過量身定製的解決方案將能源效率提升至最優，為客户提供蒸汽、冷、熱和電力等多種能源。此政策有利於集團綜合能源業務發展。
