百威亞太(01876.HK):核心+品牌中國部分城市批發價下月起加3%至10%

百威亞太(01876.HK)董事會聯席主席楊克(Jan Craps)在分析員會議上表示,預計大宗商品價格在來年會持續上升,集團最近告知中國的批發商,集團的核心+品牌會在下月起在特定城市加價,加幅介乎3%至10%,不過即使原材料價格上升,高端化策略會幫助抵銷成本上漲。他指出,集團在中國有31家釀酒廠,目前供應鏈沒有因限電受顯著影響,另外集團酒廠正增加採用可再生能源,目前已經有3家釀酒廠全面使用可再生能源,另外還有6家釀酒廠接近全面使用可再生能源的目標。首席財務官Ignacio Lares稱,大麥等原材料價格已經持續上升了超過一年,集團的原材料對沖對策覆蓋1年的窗口,從第三季業績來看,集團能夠抵銷大部分原材料價格上升帶來的影響,相信大宗商品價格波動的影響屬於過渡性,集團能夠繼續透過成本控制效益減低相關影響。 楊克表示,中國部分地區因為疫情防控措施以及自然災害,導致集團在中國市場銷量在第三季錄得單位數跌幅,不過中國新冠疫苗接種率已經逾75%,地方政府控制疫情有效率,相信疫情對行業的影響會消退。他表示,集團短期內會繼續投放廣告開支,投放資源在擴大銷售渠道和開拓新更多區域作新市場,長遠而言會採取高端化策略,目前中國所有銷售渠道大致恢復正常營運,同時集團會繼續發展電商渠道。 楊克表示,集團在年初至今和第三季在韓國地市場的份額都有提升,主要受「All New Cass」品牌和零售渠道滲透帶動,又樂見南韓官員表示,政府最快下月起重開餐廳等處所並允許民眾聚會。
