大和:予李寧(2311.HK)“買入”評級 配股攤薄今年EPS約0.6%
李寧(2311.HK)昨天宣佈以先舊後新方式配售1.2億股,集資105億港元,淨額104.3億港元。大和認為,李寧此舉旨在進一步提升公司現金水平,預期今年每股盈利會因此攤薄約0.6%,而2022-23年攤薄約2.8%,續予李寧“買入”評級。大和報吿指出,考慮到李寧擁有強勁的資產負債表,截至今年6月底淨現金約83億元人民幣,上半年產生經營現金流33億元人民幣,遠遠足以滿足其營運資金(1H21/2020收入的6%/8%),以及不作收購下其他投資和業務擴張的資金需要。
