中國鋁業(02600.HK)與控股股東重續日常性持續關連交易協議
中國鋁業(02600.HK)公布,昨日(26日)與控股股東中鋁集團簽訂了附帶生效條件的補充協議,對社會和生活後勤服務供應協議(於2022至2024年3個年度的建議年度上限均為5億元人民幣[下同])、產品和服務互供總協議(年度上限分別為154億元、149億元及145億元)、礦石供應協議(建議年度上限為4億元)和工程設計、施工和監理服務供應協議(建議年度上限分別為60億元、65億元及70億元)的有效期進行續展;及續訂了固定資產租賃框架協議(建議年度上限分別為3.2億元、1.3億元及1.3億元)。
