貝森金融(00888.HK)就提供巴士車身廣吿代理服務協議訂立終止協議
格隆匯10月26日丨貝森金融(00888.HK)發佈公吿，於2021年10月26日，公司、Bus PowerLimited（公司的全資附屬公司）、城巴有限公司、新世界第一巴士服務有限公司（連同城巴，統稱巴士公司）和Bravo Transport Holdings Limited就提供巴士車身廣吿代理服務協議訂立終止協議，據此，Bus Power 與巴士公司於2021年6月24日訂立為期三年在2023年6月30日到期的提供巴士車身廣吿代理服務的協議（經修訂和補充）及與廣吿協議（經修訂和補充）有關的附屬文件須待終止協議的條件達成及Bus Power向巴士公司支付終止費港幣5072萬元的代價後終止。
自2021年11月1日起生效，各廣吿協議及附屬文件均將終止並且不再具進一步效力或影響及巴士公司和Bus Power概無任何進一步的權利或義務，或與之相關的權利或義務（存續條款除外）。此外，自終止日期生效起，在不損害終止協議條款的原則下，巴士公司不可撤銷地放棄、免除和解除他們根據廣吿協議和附屬文件可能對Bus Power及其聯屬公司提出任何及所有索賠、要求和訴訟成因。
此外，公司和Bus Power根據終止協議賠償巴士公司及/或 Bravo 因在終止日期或之前履行廣吿合同的服務或Bus Power欠Bravo及/或巴士公司未償還款項而合理和適當地發生和引起的任何索賠、訴訟或法律程序的所有和任何成本（包括按完全彌償基準上合理地產生的法律費用）、費用、責任、損害和損失。
公司表示，由於在2020年新型冠狀病毒疫情大流行的爆發對香港經濟帶來了重大沖擊，包括正在實施的多項旅遊限制及隔離措施導致經濟活動下降至最低水平，媒體業務客户的銷售業績受到沉重打擊。在市場低迷及失業率高企的情況下，媒體業務的客户憂慮短期經濟前景而縮減廣吿開支。此外，彼等正將其廣吿開支從本集團主要經營的傳統線下廣吿平台轉移至線上多媒體廣吿平台，導致媒體業務的收入進一步減少。此外，新型冠狀病毒疫情大流行加快推動線上廣吿頻道的轉移，及廣吿平台的客户和受眾偏好的改變，對主要在香港經營傳統線下廣吿平台的媒體業務帶來挑戰和不確定性。按媒體業務分部自2020年起錄得的持續虧損以及上文載列媒體業務的不利業務前景，公司董事會認為廣吿協議及附屬文件的終止將為集團提供一個機會（i）以低於廣吿協議條款至2023年6月屆滿的特許費的全部款項的成本提前解除及免除其廣吿協議的義務（包括支付每月最低特許費的義務）; 及（ii）整合其資源和專注於為公司股東帶來更高回報的金融服務業務發展。
