金博股份(688598.SH)：擬以1.5億元投設全資子公司 開展碳/陶複合材料相關新業務
格隆匯10月26日丨金博股份(688598.SH)公佈，為了充分利用公司在先進碳基複合材料領域的相關技術儲備及優勢地位，推動公司整體發展戰略，進一步延伸公司產業鏈，更好地優化公司資源配置，增強公司的核心競爭力，公司此次擬在湖南省益陽市高新區投資1.5億元人民幣設立全資子公司湖南金博碳陶科技有限公司。
此次全資子公司設立後，湖南金博碳陶科技有限公司將被納入公司合併報表範圍內，公司實際控制人不會發生變更。
據悉，汽車和髙速列車等現代交通工具的剎車材料經歷了從鑄鐵、合成材料、粉末冶金材料到碳/碳複合材料和碳/陶複合材料的發展。碳/陶複合剎車材料是20世紀90年代發展起來的一種以高強度碳纖維為增強體，以熱解碳、碳化硅(SiC)等為基體的多相複合剎車材料，是在碳/碳複合剎車材料的基礎上，引入具有優異抗氧化性能的碳化硅(SiC)陶瓷硬質材料作為基體的一種剎車材料，既保持了碳/碳複合剎車材料密度低、耐高温的優點，又克服了碳/碳剎車材料靜摩擦係數低、濕態衰減大、摩擦壽命不足及環境適應性差等缺點，成為新一代剎車材料，在汽車和髙速列車等現代交通工具的剎車制動領域具有廣闊的應用前景。
目前階段，碳/陶複合材料在剎車制動領域大規模應用的主要障礙為生產成本較高、大批量生產工藝複雜、難度大、週期長等，隨着碳/陶複合材料製備技術的提升、規模效益的展現，預計碳/陶複合材料將在摩擦制動領域得到廣泛的應用。
公司擬開展碳/陶複合材料產品的研發、生產和銷售，有利於充分利用公司現有生產環節的共用技術，實現碳/陶複合材料的大規模低成本製備，同時進一步探索和開發其它應用領域產品，豐富公司產品結構，延伸公司產業鏈，有利於提高公司整體收益，增強公司的核心競爭力，推動公司整體發展戰略。
公吿顯示，此次設立湖南金博碳陶科技有限公司後，公司擬將部分原有先進碳/碳複合材料和碳/陶複合材料產品研發、設計團隊投入到湖南金博碳陶科技有限公司中，同時，公司將加快碳/陶複合材料相關研發、銷售人員的引進，進一步擴大團隊規模，同時加強與科研院所、高校合作，積極拓展相關業務。
