許家印:恆大要全面實施現樓銷售
10月22日,許家印在恆大集團復工復產專題會上透露,恆大沒有預售過的樓棟或項目今後要全部改爲現樓銷售。會上,許家印宣佈了恆大化解風險自救的三大戰略決定:一是堅定不移、全力以赴實現復工復產保交樓;二是全面實施現樓銷售、大幅壓降房地產開發建設規模;三是10年內實現由房地產業向新能源汽車產業的轉型。
許家印強調,只有復工復產,恢復銷售和經營,才能保質保量向業主交樓,才能解決上下遊合作夥伴的商票兌付,才能完成財富產品的兌付,才能逐步歸還金融機構的借款。針對產業調整和轉型,許家印表示恆大未來將全面實施現樓銷售,房地產的銷售規模要從去年的7000多億,10年內要壓降到每年2000億左右,並在10年裏完成由房地產向新能源汽車的產業轉型。這意味着,未來恆大將形成新能源汽車爲主、房地產爲輔的產業格局。
