易綱:保持利差水平處合理區間利於維護金融穩定 完善碳排放定價機制
人民銀行行長易綱在「2021金融街論壇」之「全球系統重要性金融機構會議」上表示,要統籌實施貨幣政策和宏觀審慎政策。穩健的銀行體系離不開穩定的貨幣政策環境,過去幾年,內地銀行業不良貸款處置工作力度很大,對於化解信貸週期風險起到很大作用。其中,銀行收入的穩定增長爲不良貸款覈銷提供有力支撐。現階段利息收入在內地銀行業收入中仍佔有較大比重,保持正常貨幣政策,保持利差水平處於合理區間,有利於促進銀行體系更好地爲實體經濟增長服務,也有利於維護金融穩定。
易綱並指出,銀行可以用這些收入補充資本金及覈銷不良資產,還儘量地降低貸款成本,爲實體經濟做好金融服務。易綱還表示,目前內地全國性的碳市場已經開始運行,金融機構可開展積極的研究和探索,充分發揮市場的作用,有利於最大化碳排放價格的激勵約束。(ta/w) ~
