37億！紅星美凱龍定增獲眾多知名機構超額認購
10月21日，紅星美凱龍(601828.SH、01528.HK)披露了“非公開發行股票發行結果暨股本變動公吿”。公吿顯示，紅星美凱龍本次非公開發行股票的數量約為4.5億股，募集資金總額為人民幣37.01億元。
公吿顯示，本次發行對象最終確定為17名，包括國泰君安、信達證券、睿遠基金、財通基金、諾德基金、法國巴黎銀行、阿里巴巴(成都)軟件技術有限公司等等，均為國內外知名機構，“全明星陣容”不僅展現公司廣受資本市場認可，同時也進一步實現了股東陣容和資金來源的多元化。
截至10月8日，本次非公開發行的17名發行對象已將認購資金全額匯入保薦機構(主承銷商)指定賬户。這也意味着，紅星美凱龍上市後的首次定增正式落地。
紅星美凱龍指出，本次非公開發行完成後，公司資產總額與資產淨額將會增加，資產負債率將會下降，財務結構將得到優化，有利於提高公司的資本實力和償債能力，降低財務風險，為公司後續發展提供有力的保障。
值得注意的是，紅星美凱龍此次非公開發行還獲得了市場的超額認購，在定增市場相對冷清甚至定增認購不足時發的2021年，可謂是頗為難得。
分析人士指出，紅星美凱龍定增順利落地，且獲得超額認購，與公司在“輕資產、重運營、降杆杆”戰略指導下展現出的積極向好的經營面貌密切相關。
自2020年首次提出“輕資產、重運營、降槓桿”戰略以來，紅星美凱龍依託輕資產模式加速了在低線城市的滲透率，重運營則提升了存量門店的運營效率，並持續拓展新的線上渠道，推進線上線下同城零售的進程。與此同時，紅星美凱龍始終恪守穩健的財務策略，持續優化財務表現。
財報顯示，2021年上半年，紅星美凱龍實現營業收入75.03億，同比增長24.54%；歸母淨利潤達17.32億元，同比增長57.26%；扣非後歸母淨利潤9.32億，同比增長33%；基本每股收益達0.44元，同比增長57.14%，盈利能力大幅提升。
上半年，公司資產負債率同比下降2.04個百分點，其中計息負債規模下降25億，同比下降4.84個百分點。在定增完成後，紅星美凱龍的資產負債率將再創新低，降槓桿成效顯著。
今年以來，紅星美凱龍積極佈局九大主題館、以拓品類、重運營之勢把握家居消費新動向。在剛剛過去的十一假期，紅星美凱龍就一舉斬獲全球家裝狂歡季十一大促總銷售額達64.3億、同比增長25%的好成績。伴隨着此次定增的落地，紅星美凱龍有望開啟新一輪發展的新篇章。
