格隆匯10月21日丨越秀服務(06626.HK)續升4.5%,3日連漲達15%。報3.95港元,總市值超60億港元。
日前公司攜手麥當勞打造社商+餐飲新模式。這一強強合作,意味着公司將在其全國在管項目中為麥當勞餐廳提供優先選址;與此同時,麥當勞也將發揮其全球品牌效應,支持越秀服務全國社區商業的餐飲配套發展。
另外,公司還將積極外拓、加快收併購,力求未來兩到三年在管面積進入行業前列,這也賦予了此次合作充分的想象空間和成長潛力。
