人行範一飛:搞好跨週期調節 保持穩健貨幣政策靈活精準合理適度
據《中國證券網》引述人民銀行副行長範一飛在「2021金融街論壇」分論壇上表示,新形勢下,金融工作要圍繞構建新發展格局,保持定力,注重長短期、內外部均衡,從穩總量、調結構、優服務、防風險等多方面入手,助力實體經濟實現高質量發展。
範一飛認爲,要先穩定的貨幣總量,搞好跨週期調節,保持穩健的貨幣政策靈活精準合理適度,保持貨幣供應量和社會融資規模增速與GDP增速基本匹配。
同時,要調整信貸結構,發揮好結構性貨幣政策工具作用,並要優化金融服務,豐富金融產品供給,擴大金融服務覆蓋面,提高基礎金融服務可獲得性,防控金融風險,深入整治各類違法違規金融行爲,密切監測排查重點領域風險點,進一步提高金融服務透明度,規範市場發展秩序,促進金融行業迴歸本源。(ta/a) ~
