恆偉集團控股(08219.HK)公布,擬按「十合一」基準進行股份合併,每手買賣單位維持在10,000股。
完成後,法定股本由1億元,分成100億股,變更為1億元,分成10億股。
公司一直考慮集團可用的各種集資方式,包括發行股份、供股及債務融資。於本公告日期,公司正探討以供股方式集資。公司無意於未來十二個月進行可能引致破壞或損害股份合併預期目的之其他公司行動。然而,董事會將不排除公司將於合適集資機會出現時進行債務或股本集資活動,或其他公司行動的可能性,以支持集團未來發展。
