格隆匯10月20日丨迪威爾(688377.SH)公佈,公司於2021年10月20日收到股東楊建民發來的關於股東減持比例累計達到1%的通知,2021年9月1月-2021年10月20日,楊建民減持合計194.83萬股,減持比例達1%。
本次權益變動後,公司股東楊建民持有公司股份比例從10.17%減少至9.17%;楊建民及其一致行動人楊舒合計持有公司股份比例從13.35%減少至12.35%。
