潔美科技(002859.SZ):擬推出第二期員工持股計劃
格隆匯10月19日丨潔美科技(002859.SZ)公佈,公司為了進一步完善公司激勵體系,建立長效激勵機制,充分調動員工的積極性,完善員工與公司全體股東的利益分享和風險共擔機制,提高員工凝聚力和公司競爭力,實現企業的長遠發展與員工利益的有機結合,根據有關法律、法規及規範性文件的規定,結合公司的實際情況,公司擬推出第二期員工持股計劃。
在符合相關法律法規規定的前提下,此次員工持股計劃所持有的股票累計不超過公司股本總額的1%,即410萬股,(截止2021年9月30日公司總股本為410,020,559股)任一持有人持有的員工持股計劃份額所對應的股票數量不超過公司股本總額的1%。具體持股規模以後續審議披露的持股計劃草案和員工實際繳納出資為準。
