美參議員正式提出法案禁止大型科技公司偏袒自家產品及服務
美國共和民主兩黨合共十多名參議正式提出法案,禁止亞馬遜(AMZN.US)及谷歌等科技平臺偏袒自家產品及服務。
此前議員已推出其他法案以壓制科技公司的市場主導地位,但到目前爲止未有一項法案成爲法律。
亞馬遜在一份聲明中表示,如果該議案成爲法律將損害消費者及逾50萬間美國中小企業,並危及到逾100萬個就業職位。
谷歌表示,法案將令公司更難提供免費服務,並削弱這些服務的安全及私隱度。Facebook(FB.US)則指,反壟斷法不應試圖廢除用戶所依賴的產品及服務。
