三六零(601360.SH)投資哪吒汽車29億 為管理團隊外第一大股東
10月18日，三六零安全科技股份有限公司(股票代碼：601360.SH，以下簡稱"360")發佈公吿稱，作為合眾新能源汽車有限公司的(以下簡稱"哪吒汽車")D輪投資領投方，擬投資29億元，入股哪吒汽車。本次投資全部完成後，公司合計將持有哪吒汽車16.5940%股權，成為除管理團隊外的第一大股東。
公吿顯示，公司本次擬投資入股哪吒汽車，主要基於網絡安全及智能網聯汽車行業良好的發展機遇和市場前景預期。目前哪吒汽車經營穩健，依據哪吒汽車2021年9月的交付數據，其交付量首次超過7,000台達到7,699台，環比增長16.4%(2020年全年總銷量15,091輛)，已位居9月造車新勢力前三，是行業領軍企業之一。
三六零創始人、董事長周鴻禕在不久前召開的烏鎮世界互聯網大會上，以"上山下海"公開回應投資哪吒汽車動機，他表示"下海就是下數字化藍海，互聯網企業要拋棄打敗傳統企業、取而代之的想法，而是要放低身段，甘當配角，用技術、人才、資金支持傳統企業。而360投資造車是把技術、人才、資金和數字化基因賦能給汽車製造業，產生"化學反應"和"鏈式反應"，打造智能網聯汽車的新標杆。"
此次公吿更明確的顯示，公司戰略投資入股哪吒汽車，擬以智能網聯汽車安全作為基石，將自身在網絡安全、智能硬件安全、車聯網安全等領域的積累和經驗賦能哪吒汽車，並將依託雙方後續深度戰略合作，進一步深入研究智能網聯汽車安全問題，從而更好地為全行業車企及產業鏈夥伴提供智能網聯汽車安全服務。
未來，三六零計劃與其它哪吒汽車戰略合作伙伴分別發揮各自在車聯網安全、智能駕駛、智能座艙等方面的核心優勢，共同協助哪吒汽車不斷進行產品打磨升級，使網聯汽車在智能化進程中兼顧OTA信息安全、數據安全、功能安全、運營安全，打造智能網聯汽車全生命週期安全解決方案的行業標杆。
