格隆匯10月18日丨軟控股份(002073.SZ)公佈,2021年10月18日,公司第七屆董事會第十七次會議以7票同意,0票反對,0票棄權,審議通過了《關於使用閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金的議案》,同意公司在保證募集資金投資項目建設的資金需求、保證募集資金投資項目正常進行的前提下,使用不超過4億元的2016年非公開發行股票閒置募集資金暫時補充流動資金,使用期限自董事會審議通過之日起不超過12個月,到期後將及時歸還至募集資金專户。
