上市25週年 華潤置地(1109.HK)舉辦“與國家共命運 與城市共發展”主題展覽
“每一份當下都刻着歷史的影子，每一份歷史都藏着未來的模樣，走過華潤置地的一路風雨，始終可以感受到的蓬勃脈動，是置地人一以貫之的使命擔當。”10月18日，華潤置地慶祝建黨100週年暨上市25週年主題展在深圳開幕。開展當天，華潤置地黨委班子及駐深員工代表約50人現場見證開展，並作為首批觀展者，跟隨展覽影像再次回顧了華潤置地與國家共命運、與城市共發展的壯闊歷程。
1996年11月9日，華潤置地(1109.HK)在香港聯交所上市，掀開了跟隨中國城市化進程大踏步發展的序幕。25年艱辛探索，25年春華秋實，華潤置地經歷了一波又一波週期，通過一座城改變一座城，從一家北京的區域性地產公司，發展為最具行業影響力的城市投資開發運營商。截至2020年底，華潤置地業務佈局境內外83個城市，總資產達人民幣8690億元，簽約額人民幣2850億元，位居行業前十；股東應占溢利298億元，盈利能力保持行業領先，經營業績保持穩健增長態勢。
展覽以珍貴的歷史影像和員工攝影作品為元素，用多媒體形式呈現了華潤置地自成立以來，特別是在“十三五”期間，傳承紅色基因，響應國家號召，投身城市建設，履行社會責任的生動故事。展覽分為五個單元：“潤心向黨”以華潤置地慶祝建黨百年系列活動回溯置地紅色基因，“潤建耕心”講述置地與國家戰略偕行，參與國家重大項目建設的故事，“潤聚民生”展示華潤置地持續參與改善民生的不懈努力，“潤心眾志”展現華潤置地在國家需要、民眾危難時刻的挺身而出，“置地﹒紅”員工攝影展是置地員工尋訪紅色印記，以光影致敬建黨100週年，展現置地員工積極向上的精神風貎。
據悉，“與國家共命運，與城市共發展”現場展覽將從10月18日持續至11月18日，為期一個月，並同步推出了全國線上展覽。在本次主題展後，華潤置地還將在上市25週年紀念日前後舉辦系列文化活動，振奮員工精神，凝聚奮進力量。
