A股異動 | 家電股普跌 9月份住宅銷售額同比再跌16.9%
格隆匯10月18日丨房地產市場繼續承壓,與之密切相關的家電板塊普跌,老闆電器跌4.44%,股價刷新近一年新低;科沃斯跌4.34%,公司昨日宣佈擬投資約10億元建設年產1200萬台高端智能生活電器製造中心;海信家電亦跌近4%,行業“三巨頭”美的集團、海爾智家和格力電器均跌約2%,其中格力電器已經連跌7個月。國家統計局數據顯示,1—9月份,全國房地產開發投資112568億元,同比增長8.8%;比2019年1—9月份增長14.9%,兩年平均增長7.2%。其中,住宅投資84906億元,增長10.9%。根據此數據計算得出,繼8月下降19.7%後,9月份住宅銷售額同比再跌了16.9%。計算結果顯示,房地產投資自去年年初新冠疫情剛剛爆發導致經濟大部分停擺以來首次下滑,同比下降3.5%。
