晶科科技(601778.SH)：與多地相關政府部門簽署合作框架協議 預計建設分佈式光伏電站項目裝機容量合計約2016兆瓦
格隆匯10月18日丨晶科科技(601778.SH)公佈，為響應國家發展綠色能源、低碳經濟的號召，踐行“改變能源結構、承擔未來責任”的使命，公司近日就推進整縣屋頂分佈式光伏開發試點工作與多地相關政府部門簽署了合作框架協議，共同推進居民屋頂分佈式光伏電站項目開發，預計建設分佈式光伏電站項目裝機容量合計約2016兆瓦。具體簽署情況如下：
(一)公司與重慶市涪陵區清溪鎮人民政府(“清溪鎮政府”)籤訂《重慶市涪陵區推進分佈式光伏項目試點方案開發合作框架協議》，清溪鎮政府同意公司為整區推進分佈式光伏開發主體，在全區行政範圍內依法依規開發建設新能源屋頂分佈式光伏項目。項目按照成熟一批開發一批的原則，以工業園區或者村級等為單位落地實施。總投資規模約35億元，預計總裝機容量約1000兆瓦。
(二)公司與新絳縣人民政府(“新絳縣政府”)簽訂《整縣分佈式光伏項目合作框架協議》，新絳縣政府同意與公司共同在新絳縣開發、投資、建設、運營整縣分佈式光伏項目。根據初步規劃情況，項目預計總裝機容量約500兆瓦。
(三)公司與楚雄市人民政府(“楚雄市政府”)簽訂《清潔能源發電項目框架協議》，楚雄市政府同意公司在楚雄市境內實施整縣屋頂分佈式光伏項目開發。根據初步規劃情況，項目預計總裝機容量約266兆瓦。
(四)公司與平昌縣人民政府(“平昌縣政府”)、三峽四川綜合能源有限公司(“四川三峽能源”)簽訂《光伏發電項目投資開發合作框架協議》， 平昌縣政府同意公司和四川三峽能源在平昌縣境內共同成立由四川三峽能源控股的項目公司，並由項目公司在平昌縣境內的公共建築屋頂、工商業廠房屋頂和農村居民屋頂進行光伏項目開發。總投資規模約8億元，預計總裝機容量約200兆瓦。
四川三峽能源成立於2021年3月30日，註冊資本50000萬元人民幣，主要從事發電、輸電、供電等業務。三峽集團四川能源投資有限公司和三峽電能有限公司分別持有四川三峽能源60%和 40%的股權。四川三峽能源為中國長江三峽集團有限公司間接控股的下屬公司，最終實際控制人為國務院國有資產監督管理委員會。
(五)公司與烏拉特前旗新安鎮政府(“新安鎮政府”)簽訂《整縣推進分佈式光伏項目試點方案開發合作協議》，新安鎮政府同意公司為整縣推進分佈式光伏開發主體，在行政範圍內依法依規開發建設新能源屋頂分佈式光伏項目。項目按照成熟一批開發一批的原則，以鎮為單位落地實施。項目預計總裝機容量約50兆瓦。
上述合作框架協議的簽署有利於公司充分利用在分佈式光伏領域積累的豐富經驗和技術優勢，在整縣推進領域形成高效的商業模式、獨特的競爭優勢和良好的品牌價值；有利於提高公司在以產業園區為載體的工商業分佈式光伏領域的資源開發能力、產品設計能力和運營管理能力，進一步強化公司在該細分領域的領先地位；也有利於合作各方發揮各自的優勢積極整合資源，探索建立利益共享機制，推動當地新能源的發展。
