一字跌停！這家公司兩個月前就決定“戒酒”，卻遲遲不公吿……

不出所料，跨界酒業失敗的眾興菌業今日開盤後一字跌停。
令廣大投資者不解的是，公司在兩個月前就決定終止收購事項，卻在上週五（10月15日）才披露，公司給出的原因為需“爭取取得對方的同意”。
截至10月18日午間收盤，公司股價仍躺在跌停板上，封單逾47萬手。
跨界吿吹，股價跌停
具體來看，眾興菌業在10月15日晚間發佈公吿稱，決定終止收購聖窖酒業100%股權事宜。對於終止的原因，眾興菌業表示，因市場宏觀環境發生變化等原因，2021年8月25日公司決定終止本次收購，隨即公司與交易對方就終止涉及的相關事項進行了多次溝通協商，爭取取得對方的同意。最終經多次反覆友好協商，目前雙方就終止相關事項達成一致。
原本信心滿滿的跨界收購如今吿吹，變數之大，讓人唏噓。
回顧來看，今年6月20日晚，主營食用菌業務的眾興菌業公吿，公司擬以現金方式收購劉見、劉良躍持有的聖窖酒業100%股權。對於該收購事項，公司已在6月20日與劉見、劉良躍初步達成合作意向並簽署了《股權收購合作意向書》。
對於此次跨界，公司稱，旨在做好食用菌產業的同時，積極尋找新的利潤增長點，實現公司的雙主業發展。
值得關注的是，眾興菌業股價自6月15日開始便出現了異動。收購意向正式披露後，其股價更是開啟連板模式，在6月21日至6月29日的7個交易日內累計上漲87.44%。
記者注意到，本次收購終止也標誌着聖窖酒業二次“曲線上市”吿吹。
回溯來看，2020年10月，*ST園城公吿，擬通過發行股份及支付現金的方式收購聖窖酒業100%股權，同步定增募集配套資金。隨後，上交所向*ST園城發出問詢函，*ST園城不久便主動終止了重組。
兩月前決定，遲遲未公吿
令廣大投資者不解的是，眾興菌業在約兩個月前就決定終止收購事項，卻在上週五才披露。
具體來看，公司在終止股權收購公吿中表示，2021年8月25日公司決定終止本次收購，隨即公司與交易對方就終止涉及的相關事項進行了多次溝通協商，爭取取得對方的同意。最終經多次反覆友好協商，目前雙方就終止相關事項達成一致。
8月25日便決定“戒酒”，10月15日才披露終止收購。面對這份遲來的公吿，投資額者在股吧裏炸開了鍋。
事實上，對於眾興菌業的跨界，近期已有投資者在互動易上發出疑問，公司在回覆提問時表示“收購事宜請關注公司後續公吿”。
被市場公認的重磅利好説沒就沒了，讓投資者哭笑不得。具體來看，截至今年6月30日，眾興菌業股東户數為5.78萬，較一季度末的3.49萬增長約66%。
雖然公司在終止收購公吿中稱“終止本次對外投資不會對公司財務狀況和經營狀況產生重大影響”，但公司前三季度業績出現大幅下滑已成事實。
公司9月29日晚披露的2021年前三季度業績預吿顯示，公司預計前三季度實現淨利潤為-4500萬元至-5500萬元，由盈轉虧。其中，第三季度預計虧損5753.15萬元至6753.15萬元。
對於業績預虧，公司表示，主要受大宗貨物貿易影響，食用菌生產原材料採購價格整體上漲，導致產品成本上漲明顯。同時，疫情後下遊市場消費表現較為疲軟，同期產品銷售價格持續低迷。
