首隻香港A股指數期貨今日開始交易
MSCI中國A50互聯互通(美元)指數期貨今日正式開始交易。中國證監會新聞發言人表示,對香港推出A股指數期貨表示支持,此舉有利於豐富境外投資者投資A股的風險管理工具,進一步吸引境外長期資金配置A股,鞏固和維護香港國際金融中心地位。
MSCI主席兼行政總裁Henry Fernandez表示,內地在全球投資市場的重要性與日俱增,內地股票在MSCI新興市場指數中的權重從2009年12月的18%增至2021年8月的34%。投資行業正經歷重大變革,令投資變得更加複雜及多元化,因此市場對更佳的交易及風險管理解決方案的需求有所增加。
今年8月,港交所(00388.HK)宣布,將在10月18日正式推出全新MSCI中國A50互聯互通指數期貨合約。(ta/) ~
