格科微(688728.SH)：子公司擬與上海瓴煦等投設合夥企業 以加強與瓴盛科技在芯片產品的戰略合作
格隆匯10月15日丨格科微(688728.SH)公佈，公司全資子公司格科微上海擬與北京建廣資產管理有限公司(“建廣資產”)、上海瓴煦企業管理中心(有限合夥)、電連技術股份有限公司共同合作，投資設立建廣廣輝(成都)股權投資管理中心(有限合夥)(以最終市場監督管理機關登記的名稱為準，以下簡稱“合夥企業”或“基金”)。
合夥企業認繳出資總額為人民幣2.27億元，格科微上海擬作為有限合夥人以自有資金出資人民幣8657.36萬元，認繳出資比例為38.07%。
此次投資的基金主要投資標的為瓴盛科技有限公司(“瓴盛科技”)，合夥企業擬向瓴盛科技進行股權投資，獲得7.042%股權。公司通過投資該合夥企業從而加強與瓴盛科技在芯片產品的戰略合作，提升公司產品競爭力。
此次投資是為響應國家號召，抓住當前集成電路產業重組整合的良機，通過產業項目投資，帶動產業鏈發展並創造良好的投資回報。半導體芯片產業是信息技術產業的核心，是支撐經濟社會發展和保障國家安全的戰略性、基礎性和先導性產業，當前和今後一段時期是我國半導體芯片產業發展的重要戰略機遇期和攻堅期。
據悉，瓴盛科技成立於2018年5月，主要從事智能物聯網、移動通信手機芯片及其衍生品的研發，下游應用行業主要為移動通信、物聯網、人工智能的研發與整合，專注於設計和銷售以高通核心技術支持研發的蜂窩通訊和智能物聯網SOC芯片產品。
公吿顯示，格科微擬與瓴盛科技在下述領域開展合作，對於雙方都有十分重要的戰略意義：
1.終端客户使用格科微的SOC數字圖像處理芯片和瓴盛科技手機基帶芯片的組合，可以大幅度提升手機拍照性能，使其智能手機產品更具有競爭力。
2.在後智能機時代背景下，手機廠商對差異化需求日益增多。格科微和瓴盛科技通過此次投資，加快產品研發協同，可組成靈活的系統級定製化解決方案，迅速響應手機廠商的差異化功能需求。
