格隆匯10月14日丨二六三(002467.SZ)公佈2021年前三季度業績預吿，公司歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7855.14萬元-9255.14萬元，比上年同期下降76.67%-80.20%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤6053.09萬元-6853.09萬元，比上年同期下降38.02%-45.25%；基本每股收益0.06元/股-0.07元/股。
2021年7月1日-9月30日，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2800.00萬元-4200.00萬元，比上年同期下降84.13%-89.42%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤1700.00萬元-2500.00萬元，比上年同期下降21.45%-46.58%；基本每股收益0.02元/股-0.03元/股。
公司2021年前三季度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較上年同期下降，業績變動的主要原因如下：
(1)非流動金融資產下的權益投資本期公允價值下降較大，公允價值變動損失相應增長較大；
(2)上年同期在線教育、遠程辦公、視頻協作等受國內疫情影響需求增加，企業通信業務中的雲視頻(包括企業直播和視頻會議)、雲會議等業務增長，本報吿期國內疫情已得緩解，相關業務業務量及營業收入有所下降；
(3)本期受北美疫情影響，作為北美互聯網綜合服務主要銷售渠道之一的店面在疫情期間根據當地政府疫情防控的規定歇業關閉，目前門店已經逐步恢復營業，但此前營銷活動的受限導致新增用户數同比大幅下降，北美互聯網綜合服務業務量及營業收入下降，上年同期受北美疫情影響較小；
(4)本期與上年同期相比，美元相對人民幣貶值，北美互聯網綜合服務營業收入及業務利潤折算為人民幣的金額相應下降；
(5)本期公司完成了對全資子公司廣州二六三通信有限公司的吸收合併手續，公司投資廣州二六三通信有限公司相關損失在税務上可以抵扣，公司在本期確認相關所得税影響。
非經常性損益對公司淨利潤的影響金額預計為1800萬元至2400萬元，主要系公司及被投資公司非流動金融資產下的權益投資公允價值下降、公司確認投資廣州二六三通信有限公司損失相關所得税影響以及確認境外疫情補助等共同作用所致。
