雄韜股份(002733.SZ)：前三季度淨利潤預降105.18%-110.35%
格隆匯10月14日丨雄韜股份(002733.SZ)公佈了前三季度業績預吿，公司預計2021年前三季度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損287萬元-574萬元，同比下降105.18%-110.35%；預計第三季度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為虧損1550萬元-3100萬元，同比下降164.71%-229.42%。
業績變動主要原因為：
1、公司下屬全資孫公司“武漢雄韜氫雄燃料電池科技有限公司”從之前租賃的廠房搬遷至武漢雄韜氫雄產業園，之前租賃廠房花費的裝修成本在本報吿期內一次性計入當期費用約1200萬元，全資子公司“深圳市氫雄燃料電池有限公司”、全資孫公司“上海氫雄信息科技有限公司”及相關的氫能產業鏈的控股及參股公司等都在建設氫燃料電池發動機系統及核心零部件研發項目和產業化項目，仍需持續加大戰略性投入，對短期的業績仍將產生較大的影響；
2、公司下屬全資子公司“深圳市氫瑞燃料電池科技有限公司”以及“深圳氫雄燃料電池有限公司”及其子公司，主要為氫燃料電池的電堆和氫燃料發動機的研發、生產和服務等。現階段，在氫燃料電堆和發動機的研發和客户開發等投入了巨大的人力、物力和資金等，取得了重要突破，但研發費用增加明顯，影響本季度利潤約1200萬；
3、報吿期內，在鋰電池產能供不應求的大背景下，鋰電池產品原材料價格大幅上漲，極大地增加了生產成本，公司鋰電池業務增長迅速且訂單飽和，客户訂單均提前半年至一年下單，公司始終堅持以客户為導向、為客户服務的宗旨，公司承擔了大部分的材料上漲的成本，導致毛利率較大幅度的下滑，影響當期的利潤；
4、公司的鋰電池擴產項目，報吿期內仍持續加大投入，對短期的業績有所影響；
5、報吿期內，國際貨運的運費大幅上漲，增加公司費用支出，影響當期的利潤；
6、報吿期內，公司海外越南工廠的訂單充足，但是受越南當地新冠疫情的影響，當地政府基於防疫的需要，嚴格控制工廠上班總的人數，開工率嚴重不足導致越南工廠的銷售額和利潤出現較大幅度的下降。
